Heath developed this product to help him become more consistent in ribs at contests. It’s a unique blend of butter buds, brown sugar, honey powder, and spices that you mix with apple juice. Once mixed, simply wrap each slab of ribs or Boston butt with 3/4 cup of the mixture.
It takes the mess of wrapping ribs away and makes you more consistent by using an exact amount with each rack of ribs! It’s helped Heath win Memphis BBQ Network Rib team of the year an impressive 5 times in a row!
Whether you're a trophy-winning pit master or an avid at-home griller, this Butter Bath & Wrap will keep your ribs and pork fall-off-the-bone tender and packed full of flavor. Add water or apple juice to our pre-made mix, shake well, and pour onto your ribs or pork — it's that easy. The brown sugar, butter flavor, and unique blend of spices were a key part of their 2022 & 2024 Memphis in May Rib Championship wins. There's nothing else like it on the market!
We mix it as follows:
- 10 Slabs: 5 1/2 cups Apple Juice or Water with entire bag of Butter Bath
- 4-5 slabs: 2 3/4 cup apple juice or water with 6oz of butter bath
And you can even cut it in half again to do just 2 slabs.
