In the last 10 years, as the leader of the Duce's Wild Competition BBQ Team, Duce has won over 70 local, regional and national awards
His specialties include Southern and Central American cuisine and, of course, barbecue– which he has perfected at such recognized events and venues as the Taste of Chicago, the Naperville Ribfest, and the Wrigley Field (home of the Chicago Cubs) rooftops.
His father also created the wildly popular, Sweet Baby Ray's line of products!
