Hardcore Carnivore
Howdy!
I'm Jess Pryles, the creator of Hardcore Carnivore. I'm a live fire cook, author, and total meat nerd. Originally from Melbourne, Australia, I now call Austin, Texas home.
I came up with Hardcore Carnivore in 2015 during one of my recipe experiment sessions, since I was posting new recipes to my website every week and constantly testing them out. When I created and perfected the Black spice, I knew I was onto something special.
Luckily, my hunch that others would love the seasoning as much as I did was right. Black started garnering a huge following of loyal fans, and the Hardcore Carnivore brand was truly born. Since then we have introduced a full lineup of rubs and sauces into the family.
My mantra for all the Hardcore Carnivore seasonings is that they should enhance the meat without overpowering it. We use premium quality ingredients and all our rubs and sauces are made in Texas.
Today, the Hardcore Carnivore brand has grown to include apparel, a cookbook, grilling tools and more. Every item we add to the lineup is a product I personally use in my live fire kitchen, and figure other folks will enjoy using them, too.
