Instructions: When wrapping brisket or other cuts of beef on the smoker, mix mop with one can (10 oz) beef consommé and pour onto meat and wrap tightly in foil. Once done cooking, mix with our Fountain City Sweet or Southern Belle sauces to taste and brush over your slices to provide a beefy kick to your brisket! One bottle is enough for one brisket.
