Meat Rushmore BBQ started as just a way for some friends to get together and have a good time. As former athletes, we still had that competitive fire, but weren't as quick on our feet as we were in our younger days. We all loved to cook in our backyards, and that led to us entering our first BBQ competition, back in 2012.
Over the years, we've honed our craft and we now travel the region doing professional BBQ competitions. However, one thing we've learned is that our hometown has an insatiable hunger for high quality Que. That is why, we're bringing it to you. Our competition style BBQ will let you eat like the judges at a competition do. From our melt in your mouth pulled pork, to our not quite fall off the bone ribs, to our succulent burnt ends and anything else we can dream up - we're going do our best to surprise and delight your taste buds at every stop.
