The TEXAN 2.0 Easy Clean  offers the same protection and even cook as the Original Caddy but just on a larger Brisket. Measuring 16" Long 8" Wide and 2.5" Tall perfect for IBCA and Lonestar Competition PitMasters. It is also great for cooking a larger brisket at home with Competition results. The TEXAN fits perfectly in a full size pan and can be wrapped to maintain moisture. You can Also use the Texan as A Chicken Caddy. Legs or thighs or even half Chickens well.
