Hen Drench is LC BBQ's competition chicken brine that delivers added moisture and depth of flavor to your chicken, at home or in a competition. Works equally as well on Turkey and other fowl.

Directions: LC BBQ recommends mixing 1 cup of HEN DRENCH with 4 cups of liquid. Adjust liquid quantity to personal strength preferences.

• Ingredients: White Sugar, Salt, Honey Powder (Refined Syrup & Honey), Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (Hydrolyzed Corn Gluten, Partially Hydrogenated Cottonseed and Soy Oil), Spices, Chicken Base (Salt, Maltodextrin, Modified Corn Starch, Sugar, Onion Powder, Rendered Chicken Fat, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Cooked Chicken Powder with Natural Flavor, Yeast Extract, Turmeric, Disodium Guanylate and Disodium Inosinate, Xanthan Gum, Natural Flavor, and not more than 2% Silicon Dioxide added to prevent caking.), Sodium Phosphate, Abnosodium Glutamate, Brown Sugar, Dehydrated Caricard Onion, Red Bell Pepper, Citric Acid, Dextrose, Maltodertin, Papain, Disodium Inosinate and Disodium Guanylate.
