Steph Franklin is the award winning BBQ Chef and owner of Simply Marvelous BBQ. Steph uses a fusion style of cooking developed from his travels throughout the United States, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Through his wanderings he had the opportunity to sample a wide array of flavor combinations, which inspired him to develop his own product line of rubs, seasonings, and sauces. He began marketing his blends under the “Simply Marvelous BBQ” name in 2008 and is known throughout the national and international BBQ communities. In his spare time, Steph also competes on the professional BBQ circuit. Feeding his competitive spirit, he has successfully participated in competitions across the country, from California to New York. Steph’s attention to the small details is what sets him apart from other BBQ chefs. Under his leadership, Simply Marvelous BBQ has evolved into a highly praised catering company that is proud to offer friendly customer service, high quality food, and taking the extra step to make any special event extraordinary.
