Description
Blues Hog Beef Marinade mix brings a beefy flavor to your brisket or steaks, the Blues Hog Beef Marinade Mix is used as a brine, injection, soak, or marinade. Enjoy the enhanced flavor on a variety of your favorite cuts of beef. The ideal as a marinade, injection, or even an Au Jus on any cut of beef.
DIRECTIONS: Add 1/3 cup Dry Marinade to 2 Cups Water of Juice for every 15 lb. of meat. Submerge or inject meat at least 30 minutes before cooking/grilling.
