Description
Made with spices that perfectly suit any cut of beef, our Beef Injection is a great way to keep your meat tender, juicy, and flavorful. You can inject our pre-made mix or brine with it — either way, your beef will be full of flavor to the very last bite!
We mix it as follows:
- To inject: 1/2 cup of injection to 16 oz. of beef stock, broth, water, or liquid of your choice. Shake/mix well before using. (This recipe is enough for 1 brisket weighing 12-16 lbs.)
- To brine: mix 1/3 cup injection/brine per 16 oz. of stock, broth, consommé, or water. Brine meats up to 2-4 hours.
Once you try it once, you'll be hooked.

- 1 lb resealable bag
- Ingredients: Hydrolyzed soy protein with safflower oil, hydrolyzed corn gluten, Hydrolyzed soy protein with safflower oil, hydrolyzed corn gluten, maltodextrin, sodium phosphate, sugar, beef type flavor (baker's yeast extract), salt, beef flavor (beef stock, flavor), yeast extract, xanthan gum, disodium inosinate and guanylate, beef fat, smoke powder, citric acid and less than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.
