This line of rubs is named after two of the favorite goats at the Gallawayville Ranch, "Waylon" and "Willie."  Those little guys have brought so much joy to the Ranch and it is hoped that their mojo comes through in the Waylon and Willie line of SCA rubs!

This rubs is our most popular BBQ Rub! It is smoky and sweet with just the perfect amount of heat!  Our goats Waylon and Willie approve of this rub! It goes great on pork, chicken, fish and more.
