Tillman's Barbecue Perfect 200 Beef Rub

In 2013, Tillman's Real Pit BBQ team entered their first barbecue contest with the Florida BBQ Association in Pompano Beach Florida.  Surrounded by friends and family, they anxiously awaited the results.  They didn't hear their name until the top 2 in brisket and then won 1st place for brisket at their first sanctioned contest!  Since then, they've used the same brisket recipe and beef rub, earning two perfect scores (200) in the FBA, where the judges must score a 10 for a perfect score.  Though designed for beef, this savory, peppery, sweet rub is great on all meats and vegetables.
