Plowboys The Jerk Rub is a reboot of a rub that is a more than welcome to return to the line-up! The Jerk is some good stuff! It will soon become your favorite Plowboys rub. Mix it in with fish fry for catfish too! Great for wings, and excellent chicken rub all around. on Wings, apply a heavy coat, throw them on the smoker for about an hour, and then finish over a hot grill to crisp the skin. Toss them in your favorite sauce and you got wings!
