Heath Riles BBQ Chicken Injection & Brine

Made with a spice blend that's perfect for poultry, our Chicken Injection is a great way to keep your chicken tender, juicy, and flavorful. You can inject our pre-made mix or brine with it — no matter how you use it, your chicken will be full of flavor to the very last bite!

We mix it as follows:

- 1/4 cup of injection to 16 oz. of chicken stock, water, or liquid of your choice. Shake/mix well before using. (This recipe makes enough for 4-5 lbs. of chicken.)

Once you try it once, you'll be hooked.

• INGREDIENTS: Sodium phosphate, salt, sugar, spices, natural butter flavor (whey solids, enzyme modified butter, maltodextrin, dehydrated butter, guar gum, annatto and turmeric), dehydrated garlic, dehydrated onion, powdered chicken fat and chicken broth, chicken type flavor (yeast extract, natural flavor), modified corn starch, hydrolyzed corn gluten with safflower oil, refined soybean oil, disodium inosinate and guanylate, xanthan gum, and less than 2% calcium silicate added to prevent caking.
