This Roasted Garlic Rub by Sweet Swine O' Mine was created at the last minute to win a brisket ribbon at the American Royal World Series of BBQ. Boasting big garlic and pepper flavor, but still has great finishing balance.

Use in combination with Sweet Sauce O' Mine for proven World Championship results.

• Ingredients: Salt, dehydrated garlic and onion, spices including chili pepper, cane sugar, paprika, mustard seed, disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate, sodium diacetate, celery seed, caramel color, citric acid, natural flavor, extractives of paprika (color) and not more than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.
