Southern Thunder was created for Beef, but as you can see, there are plenty of ways that this savory rub will make anything pop! The unique flavor profile, perfectly balanced in the savory category, Southern Thunder draws upon the years of Boars Night Out White wisdom for layers of flavors!

This rub has an overall smoky flavor meshed with salty and savory flavors and a nice warm heat that lands smack in the middle of your tongue. Beautiful color, bold salt, onion and garlic tango with a smoke flavor. Wild and unique it is unlike the flavor profile any other beef rub. The heat creeps to a smolder tempered by slight sweetness. Full-bodied and delicious.
