Heath Riles BBQ Pork Injection & Brine

Made with a blend of brown sugar, salt, pepper, and garlic, our award-winning Pork Injection is a great way to keep your pork tender and flavorful. You can inject our pre-made mix or brine with it — no matter how you use it, your pork will be full of flavor to the very last bite! I developed this injection years ago when I was competing in the MBN BBQ circuit, and have won countless times with it in my arsenal. Combine it with water or apple juice and go win some competition trophies!

We mix it as follows:

- 1/4 cup of injection to 12 oz. of apple juice, water, or liquid of your choice. Shake/mix well before using. (This recipe makes enough for 1 Boston butt or 1 whole pork shoulder.)

• Brown sugar, sugar, hydrolyzed corn gluten with safflower oil, sodium phosphate, maltodextrin, pork type flavor (baker's yeast extract, torula yeast), granulated honey, hydrolyzed soy protein, salt, xanthan gum, disodium inosinate and guanylate, powdered sugar (cane sugar, cornstarch), refined soybean oil, smoke powder, yeast, natural smoky bacon flavor (pork stock, natural flavor {contains canola oil}, smoke and grill, garlic), citric acid, rendered bacon fat and less than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.
